Basic Trading Concepts​

Share Types​

  • YES shares: Represent belief that an event will occur
  • NO shares: Represent belief that an event will not occur

Price Range​

  • All shares trade between $0.00 and $1.00
  • The current price reflects the market's consensus probability

Trading Mechanism​

  • Users trade against each other, not the house
  • You can buy or sell shares at any time
  • Prices update in real-time based on trading activity

Example​

If you believe a meme coin will pump, you can buy YES shares. If the price is $0.30, you're essentially betting that the event has a 30% chance of occurring. If you're right and the event happens, your YES shares will be worth $1.00 each.
